There’s video of them, sexually mutilated women, cutting off digits, fingers, sticking rocks in their eyes beheading them, putting their heads on animals. This is ISIS behavior.”

Australian House of Representatives Debates Motion on Republic of Artsakh, Condemning Azerbaijan’s Military Actions and Urging Release of Armenian Prisoners

Members of the Australian House of Representatives, including Dr. Sophie Scamps, debated a motion addressing the Republic of Artsakh. The motion condemned Azerbaijan’s military assault, called for the release of Armenian prisoners, and urged Baku to allow Armenian refugees to return to Artsakh.

Forcibly Displaced Artisan Keeps Artsakh Memories Alive with Handmade Bags in Armenia

Arevik Avanesyan, a 46-year-old woman forcibly displaced twice due to Azerbaijani aggression, vividly recalls the harrowing events of September 2023.

“There was panic, alarm, regret, pain… It was one o’clock when it started, the children were afraid, they were running, they didn’t know where to go,” Arevik says with a heavy sigh.

She channels her resilience by crafting handmade bags. These bags serve a dual purpose: preserving the memories of Artsakh while also helping to alleviate the social challenges faced by
her large family.
